Here's a piece I created for the well loved Nottingham sports bar, Southbank City. The portrait is of local legend and Nottingham Forest manager, Steve Cooper. It was commissioned in celebration of the team FA cup game against Liverpool.
after several pencil sketches to figure out the pose and composition, the final piece was created in photoshop and then converted to a much larger format in Illustrator. Finally it was produced by a local flag manufacturer into a 50x40ft Banner.
The piece attracted a lot of attention including BBC Radio Nottingham contacting me for a brief interview on the evening sports show.
